Bogdan Berneaga (Romania)

Financial and legal affairs advisor at CEZ Wind Farm Romania. Previously he was project manager and managing director for Continental Wind Project Management (CWPM), the coordinator for the construction of the CEZ Wind Farm in Constanta, Romania, a 600 MW, 1.3bn EUR project owned by CEZ (the Czech Republic utility) and developed by CWP (the U.S. wind farm developer). The plant is 100% operational and CWPM is overseeing the still outstanding legal and regulatory affairs. Between 2007 and 2009, he was active inthe  development and financial structuring of wind power projects in the U.S., Jamaica and Romania.
