Ambassadors are volunteer CLEW representatives in their respective countries or regions. Their representation goes two ways: Members of the CLEW Journalism Network can contact ambassadors to get local know-how on all things energy transition. The ambassadors also help the Clean Energy Wire team in Berlin to understand the needs and interests of journalists where they are.
Members of the CLEW Journalism Network are part of a worldwide community of journalists who have an interest in reporting on the global energy transition and connecting with colleagues. They have varying specialisms within the topic. Through CLEW, they can exchange ideas, discuss developments and meet at our network events.

Mapping the network

This map showcases CLEW's global journalism network. Our members and ambassadors cover various areas of the transition from fossil fuels to renewable energies. You can find specialised journalists using the map, or search the list of network members by expertise or country. Please note: Only network members have access to the full list of members in the CLEW Journalism Network.
