The German Olympic Sports Confederation (DOSB) is the umbrella organization of German sport. It leads efforts to bring the Olympic and Paralympic Games to Germany but also advises on sport and climate, from healthy sporting facilities to more sustainable events.
The DOSB has over a hundred member organisations which promote competitive sports, sports development, and youth sports, including state sports federations, elite sports associations, and associations with special tasks.
