Fanny Gauttier

Fanny Gauttier is the EU Public Affairs Lead at the Rainforest Alliance. In this position, she oversees the engagement with EU institutions on key pieces of legislation related to sustainability, such as the EU Deforestation Regulation, the Empowering Consumers directive, and the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive.

Prior to this role, Gauttier was Senior Manager for European Policy at Conservation International and served as a Policy Officer in the European Bureau of French Agriculture. She holds a master’s degree in political science and European studies, and a Master of Arts in European Interdisciplinary Studies of the College of Europe.
