Assistant Professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (Brasil) and at the Portuguese Instituto Superior Técnico, invited fellow at Imperial College London (UK) and the Centre of Environmental Policy. Coordinating lead author of the IPCC WG III AR6 (to be published in March 2022) and lead author of the UNEP EGR 2021 (to be published by October 2021). Has a vast knowledge on environmental economy, greenhouse emissions and climate change.
