Modern Centre Party (SMC, Slovenia)

Founded in June 2014, the party won the elections a month later. It had 36 seats in Parliament and formed the country’s 12th government.
Following the resignation of Prime Minister Marjan Šarc, it joined the government led by Janez Janša of the SDS at the beginning of the coronavirus pandemic.
