More in Common Germany

More in Common Germany is a non-profit initiative that researches social cohesion. They deal with topics that influence cohesion, including climate, migration, democracy and inflation.

Their work focuses on strengthening social cohesion and trust in democracies as well as among individuals, with their research identifying concerns, forces of division and starting points for a more united, inclusive and resilient democratic society.

More in Common works on both short- and longer-term initiatives to address the underlying drivers of fracturing and polarisation. They conduct research in the form of surveys, interviews, focus groups, community conversations and expert interviews. They also develop and test on-the-ground initiatives to counter polarisation and build bridges across dividing lines.

More in Common is also active in France, Great Britain, Poland, Spain, Brazil and the U.S.
