Highly respected and widely recognised energy expert with solid experience in the public and private sectors. Leads the energy and resources practice at Deloitte Romania, provides strategic direction and facilitates the cooperation of dozens of Deloitte professionals. Has served as regulatory affairs director at OMV Petrom; chaired the Board of the European Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER); worked as Romania’s energy attaché to the European Union; and was minister for energy without political affiliation.
