Alis Daniela Torres

Daniela joined ICLEI’s Sustainable Resources, Climate and Resilience team as an Officer for Sustainable Energy and Build Infrastructure in May 2018. She works in different energy and climate change projects, especially in the areas of district energy, smart energy systems, climate action planning and air pollution management.Prior to joining ICLEI, Daniela has worked for more than 12 years as environmental manager and as an international consultant for the Energy and Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Sectors in Europe and Latin America. She has experience in designing, managing and implementing sustainable energy and climate innovation projects for public and private organizations. She has participated in international standardization processes for green ICT technologies and for smart sustainable cities impact assessment frameworks, with emphasis in energy and GHG emissions accounting processes.
