Rolf Wüstenhagen is Director of the Institute for Economy and the Environment at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland. His research focuses on management of renewable energies and decision-making of energy consumers and investors under policy risk. He has been a lead author for the IPCC Special Report on Renewable Energy Sources and Climate Change Mitigation (2008-2011).
