Elni Review is the journal of Envorinmental Law Network International (elni), which was founded in 1990 to promote international communication and cooperation between lawyers working on environmental law. Executive Editor Martin Führ is a professor of public law, legal theory and comparative law at the University of Applied Sciences Darmstadt. He also heads the research group “Society for Institutional Analysis – sofia”, and since 2008 he has been a member of the Management Board of the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA).
