“How the car industry hid the truth about diesel emissions”

In a long article, British newspaper The Guardian explores the history of the dieselgate scandal, which involved most German carmakers. Author Beth Gardiner argues that the companies worked hard to suppress the damaging effects of diesel emissions for years “while we should have been driving electric cars.”
