Analysis and Experimentation on Ecosystems European Research Infrastructure Consortium (AnaEE-ERIC)

AnaEE-ERIC can be described as an umbrella organisation, that provides scientists with experimental platforms to study how ecosystems respond to climate change and environmental pressures. Our members operate distributed field sites, laboratories, and analytical facilities across Europe where researchers conduct long-term, large-scale experiments on terrestrial and aquatic ecosystems under both controlled and natural conditions. AnaEE-ERIC coordinates collaboration among research institutions and develops standardized methodologies for ecosystem studies. The infrastructure commissions and facilitates research on ecosystem resilience, biodiversity loss, carbon sequestration, and sustainable land management. AnaEE-ERIC produces scientific data, policy papers and findings and is keen to share with journalists covering climate and environmental issues. It also provides access to experts across multiple ecosystem disciplines.

Zukunft KlimaSozial

The think tank aims to feed proposals into the debate and policymaking that integrate climate and social policy from the outset, mainly for the sectors transport, buildings, energy and food. "To help everyone to make the most of the transition to a life without greenhouse gas emissions, new concepts are needed that integrate climate and social policy," it says on its website. The think tank was founded by Brigitte Knopf, former member of Germany's Council of Experts on Climate Change.
