50Hertz Transmission

50 Hertz is one of four transmission network operators in Germany (the others are Tennet, TransnetBW and Amprion). The company is responsible for the operation, maintenance, planning, and expansion of the 380/220 kilowatt transmission grid throughout northern and eastern Germany.
