Greenpeace Germany

Greenpeace Deutschland

Greenpeace Germany was established in 1980 and has more than 580,000 members (2.8 million members worldwide). The group has always been a vocal promoter of the nuclear shut-down in Germany and currently (July 2014) lobbies for a coal phase-out, to be initiated within the next 15 months. It wants Germany to reduce its CO2 emissions to zero by 2050.
