Also known as Notre Europe, an independent think tank based in Paris with offices in Brussels and Berlin. Founded in 1996 by Jacques Delors, it aims to "think a united Europe." Hosts the Jacques Delors Energy Centre (JDEC) providing national and European political and economic decision makers with insights on energy transition issues.
