Platform for cooperative energy research under the auspices of the Nordic Council of Ministers, a joint body of the five Nordic countries. Provides funding for research and development projects aimed at reducing CO2 emissions and encouraging green technology and industrial growth. Provides a variety of energy statistics for Sweden and the other Nordic countries. Based in Oslo, its working language is English.
