Ten German startups in Cleantech Group’s global 100 cleantech list

Ten German startups are among the 100 most innovative clean technology companies from around the globe, according to US-based Cleantech Group. Energy storage companies Electrochaea, Skeleton Technologies and Sonnen, fuel cell & hydrogen specialists Hydrogenious Technologies and Sunfire, energy efficiency specialists Kiwigrid, tado and Thermondo, as well as air taxi innovator Lilium made it onto the top 100.

The Global Cleantech 100 list shows “which types of companies are most likely to have big commercial impact in a 5-10 year timeframe. The companies represent the most innovative and promising ideas in cleantech and that are best positioned to solve tomorrow’s clean technology challenges,” according to the Cleantech Group.
