EPH - Energetický a průmyslový holding

Energetický a průmyslový holding (EPH) is an energy utility based in the Czech Republic with operations in Slovakia, Germany, Italy, Great Britain, Poland and Hungary. Its operations include gas transmission and storage, power supply and trade, heat and power generation, mining and coal trading. In Germany, EPH operates brown coal mining company MIBRAG. In 2016 EPH was in the process of buying Vattenfall's lignite operations in Eastern Germany.
