RAP - Regulatory Assistance Project

The Regulatory Assistance Project (RAP) is a global (US, Europe, China), non-profit team of experts  focused on the long-term economic and environmental sustainability of the power and natural gas sectors, providing technical and policy assistance to policymakers and regulators.
RAP's senior associate in Berlin, Andreas Jahn, focuses on issues relating to the German Energiewende (energy transition), helping develop and advance regulatory options for a carbon-neutral power sector, including demand-side resources and tariff design.
RAP is primarily funded by foundations and federal contracts. It maintains a close affiliation with the ClimateWorks Foundation.
