Energy and Water Regulatory Commission Bulgaria

Regulatory body for the energy and water supply sectors in Bulgaria. Regulates retail prices in the gas and electricity markets and issues licenses for electricity generation, electricity trading, transmission and distribution. Responsible for secondary legislation (ordinances) and regulations with respect to electricity market liberalisation and the clean energy package. Can provide data on grid tariffs, power, water and gas prices and license holders for generation, trading and distribution of electricity, water and gas.
