Independent, non-profit technical consultancy and research centre in the field of energy, established in 1999. Promotes research, innovation and technological transfer in the production and efficient use of energy, renewable sources and clean energy production technologies. Objectives:  development and promotion of renewable energy sources and clean and efficient use of energy; promotion of the European Union’s energy policy and strategy.
